Feverfew has traditionally been used to treat fever.  It is also an anti inflamatory and analgesic herb that can be used to ease headache and migraine pain, arthritic pain, menstrual cramps and pain and earaches.  It can also help to regulate menstrual flow and assist with easing the symptoms of cold and flu. It also supports the cardiocascular system as it is a natural blood thinner, helping to control cholesterol levels, promote heart health and decrease the risk of stroke. Feverfew can also assist with digestion and when applied topically can ease sunburn and act as an insect reppellent.
